Grave Diggers Entertainment keeps a trained staff of party specialists. We have planners (who can help find a location and even help with local permits), decorators (who can decorate your hall), and even our own staff DJ's (who can come in full costume and interact with your guests). And if you want your party or dance to be the one that is talked about all year long, how about your very own walk through Haunted House. Well we can do that too!
Rates can vary depending on how much of our help is needed, but below are some guide lines that can be used to estimate what your event can cost. We have broken them down into different phases, but your event may not need all phases so feel free to cut and paste as needed!
Travel expenses are not included but are calculated based on distance from our home office in Sandusky, OH. If your site is within 25 miles then there are no travel costs. 25-50 miles incures a $0.50 per mile charge. And anything over 50 miles will be determined depending upon means of travel. Phase I - Overall Plan and Location Choosing - $500
Probably the most important part of planning a party is choosing the location, not only do you need to know what types of permits are required for your area, but you also need to know how many people your location can fit. During this phase we also discuss what type of event this will be and what is expected from you and from Grave Diggers.
Phase II - Theme Development - $500
What type of theme are you planning for your party? Grave Diggers is not just limited to a Haunted theme, with our many years of experience in designing immersive environments we can come up with any type of theme you wish. We will also go over types of construction as well as different types of items to use in the aid of the themeing.
Phase III - Staffing - Varies depending on number of staff
Grave Diggers can completely staff your event, from Security, Servers, DJ's, and Entertainers, to Setup and Tear Down crews. We will also work with you to find local catering companies to cater the event. If interested we can also have live actors show up in full prosthetic makeup and costumes to entertain your guests (for a separate fee, please see our Renegade Actors Guild for more information) even our DJ can show up and preform in costume.
$75 a person 2 hours ($30 a person per hour over), $150 for DJ and Entertainers ($100 a person per hour over).

Phase IV - Event Setup/Tear Down - Varies depending on number of staff
Grave Diggers can provide an entire staff to do your event setup and tear down. Or if you have your own volunteers we can provide just a supervisor to make sure everything is done according to plan. If needed we can send one or more of our team members down to help make sure everything goes according to plan!
$75 a person 2 hours ($30 a person per hour over)
